Regional B2C marketing &
product Manager

As Regional B2C Marketing & Product Manager you will lead the B2C Marketing team and drive the marketing and product activities in the North Region (Kosan Gas Denmark, Finland and AvantiGas UK) within the B2C segment.

You will be responsible for strategic and tactical marketing activities, for the B2C bulk and cylinder product groups and you will join the Regional Marketing team of 8 located in the UK and Denmark.

You will connect in close daily contact with your colleagues across the North Region and collaborate closely with other key stakeholders such as the digital Marketing team, the Sales teams and members across operations, technical and Health & Safety teams.

The role is operational with a hands-on approach to many of the daily tasks. You lead a small team consisting of two Marketing Executives and report to the Regional Strategic Marketing Manager.

Your responsibilities will cover

  • Strategic and tactical responsibility for all marketing and product activities within B2C in the North Region.
  • Ensure regional alignment in the B2C segment (planning & structure)
  • Drive and monitor actions/activities to support Sales and Customer Experience Teams in delivering volumes and unit margins in line with budgeted expectations for the region
  • Prioritize and develop customer offers to target segment
  • Work with the broader organisation to deliver enhanced customer journey maps to highlight customer needs and critical pain points
  • Support strategic growth direction through lead generation
  • Create strong cross functional partnerships in the region.
  • Implement and follow up on specific marketing objectives and KPIs
  • Ensure marketing spending is in line with budgeted expectations
  • Guide and coach direct reports setting direction and ensuring structure

To match this position

You have a degree within Marketing or similar combined with min. 5 years of experience from a senior role working with strategic marketing in a B2C context towards different markets. Since you will be managing a small team, managerial experience is an advantage, but not a must.

You are a commercial focused Marketer preferably with Product Management experience, where you have been analyzing markets and you have experience in developing segmented value propositions together with sales to support multiple products aimed at B2C segments.

You have a solid understanding of tactical marketing approaches and are not afraid of being hands-on and involving yourself in daily tasks as well as larger projects.

Furthermore, you are characterized by the following:

  • You are ambitious with a commercial and strategic mindset
  • You are enterprising and able to work independently
  • You have strong interpersonal and managerial skills and can work with stakeholders and lead employees across countries
  • You possess project management skills and a proven ability to work towards targets and deadlines
  • Your work is characterized by high quality, and you are used to working with deadlines

We expect you to communicate fluently in both Danish and English – both verbal and in writing.
